BCA investigating Rock County Sheriff's Office employee



LUVERNE - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is conducting an investigation involving an employee of the Rock County Sheriff's Office.

According to the BCA, the sheriff's office recently contacted the state and requested an investigation into allegations of misconduct.

Once the investigation is complete, BCA agents will present findings to the Rock County Attorney’s Office, or another county attorney's office in the event the case is referred elsewhere due to a conflict.

Any further details are part of the BCA’s ongoing investigation.

The employee under investigation is currently on paid administrative leave.
